Q:When can I get the result of admission?

A:Please check your application status every day. If you are admitted by SWJTU, your application status will be changed.

Q：What kind of visa do I need to apply?

A：International students must apply X1 or X2 from China Embassy. Other kind of visa will not be acceptable.

Q：Do I need to apply for a dormitory?

A：No. ZMU will arrange on-campus dormitory for all new students if the empty rooms are available. If the rooms are limited, we will email you to make sure.

Q：Can I live off campus?

A：You can apply for live off-campus in the end of your first year.

Q：Can I bring my family members to accompany me?

A：We do not suggest students bring family members but if it is needed, students need to invite family members by themselves and cannot live on international students dormitory.

Q：Can I drive in China?

A：Yes. You must pass the traffic exams and get the diving license.
