Prof. Ilaria Dal Pra and Ubaldo Armato from the University of Verona, Italy, an important partner university in researcher training, paid a visit to ZMU on September 8.

Prof. Ubaldo Armatowas invited to deliver a report on theapplication of new natural biological tissue engineering materials in burn wound repair at the Affiliated Hospital of ZMU and had an in-depth discussion with the researchers of ZMU on the co-culturedadult keratinocytes and fibroblasts on a 3D silk fibroin nanofiber/microfiber composite scaffold to create a new type of skin analogue that releases growth factors in angiogenesis. They also paid visits to the key research platforms of ZMU.Both parties hoped to strengthen mutual friendship and have more collaboration in all aspects.
